The town of Stowe is about a 20 min drive from the  campground.  It is a must see destination and we definitely recommend spending some time there!  The town of Morrisville is very close, only about 5 min away and offers just about anything you could need during your stay – grocery stores, gas stations, shopping, restaurants & breweries! (See our Explore page)

We are not offering any new seasonal sites and do not offer monthly rates/month to month.  The majority of RV sites have a 28 night maximum stay.  Extended stays may be accommodated on select sites only if available, contact us with your specific dates, rig size etc. for availability, policies and booking.

Traveling health care workers are welcome to contact us for extended stays at a discounted rate (RV sites only, if available).

The site lock/pick your site feature IS OPTIONAL and allows guests to select and guarantee a specific site number.  This optional booking feature incurs a fee per reservation and is NON-REFUNDABLE in the event of cancellation or changes.   If you have a favorite site or a group that would like to be guaranteed to be all together, this may be for you!  If not, you can just book and be guaranteed a type of site (Deluxe, Prime etc.) and the site number will be assigned to you at check-in.

An off-leash dog park and pick up stations are provided.  Dogs must be leashed at all other times when outside. Please see other pet rules above.

We strongly encourage reservations but yes last minute walk-ins are accepted DURING OFFICE HOURS ONLY and based on availability.  We recommend reserving online (cutoff time is 5pm for same day arrivals) or calling us during normal office hours to check availability/reserve prior to your arrival.

Again, we encourage securing a reservation ahead of time, no walk-ins after office closes.

Advance reservations require a 2 night minimum.  Holidays, select periods or specific sites/rentals may require a 3 or more night minimum at management discretion.

One night reservations are typically made available about 7-14 days in advance of the date and taken at that time based on availability.

We look forward to your staying with us, but understand that plans may change.  If you should need to cancel, we ask that you give as much notice as possible, preferrably in writing by email, and be aware that the cancellation policy is agreed to at the time of booking and will apply.  Any applicable refund will be processed back to the card used at the time of booking and can take 2-7 business days to process.
