Full Hook-up RV Sites:
ALL RV Sites are Back-In, we do not have any pull-thru’s. ALL RV sites offer a gravel pad and full hookup (water, sewer and electric).
Deluxe Patio RV Sites
- Full Hook up: Water, Sewer, 30 or 50 amp electric
- Gravel pad, stone patio, premium fire place with a grill
- Open sky and clear satellite reception
- Sites 101 - 108 and 133 - 137, 202
Prime RV Sites
- Full Hook up: Water, Sewer, 30 or 50 amp electric
- Prime location on lower level, backing up to trees, partial shade
- Gravel RV pad and grass yard, standard fire ring
- Open sky above, trees to back/south
- Sites 109 - 132
Standard RV Sites
- Full Hook up: Water, Sewer, 30 or 50 amp electric
- Located on the upper level of campground
- Gravel RV pad and grass yard, standard fire ring
- Open sky and clear satellite reception
- Sites 203 - 210, 213 - 216

- Include a picnic table, fire ring and free WiFi access.
- Site rates include the RV, first 2 adults, 2 children, age 17 & under, and ONE vehicle.
- Site Occupancy: Limit of 6 people per site AT ALL TIMES, including visitors.
- Limit of 2 cars per site, must be parked on/fit on site. Fee for second car.
- NO Patio Mats/carpets allowed on grass areas!!!
- RV Sites are for RV campers only, no tents. One RV camping unit per site.
- Rates vary with dates, site type and length of stay: starting at $55/night
- Use online booking to check rates/availability, or contact us with dates, rig size, etc. All rates subject to change.
- Check-in: AFTER 1PM - Check-out: BY 11AM
Additional Guests & Vehicles
Base Site Rate includes: First 2 adults and 2 children, age 17 & under and ONE vehicle other than the RV.
Site Occupancy: Limit of 6 people total per site at all times and 2 cars.
Larger immediate families welcome to contact us prior to booking.
Additional Overnight Guests:
Adult 18 & up: $8.00/night
Child 17 & under: $6.00/night – 2 & under: n/c
Second vehicle: $10.00 reg. fee
Day Visitor Policy
Day Visitor Entry Fee: $5.oo per person
Visitor Policies: Registered overnight camping guest must pre-register day visitors at the office. We do not admit any unregistered visitors we (or the camping guest) are not expecting. Visitors may only arrive during office hours and will not be admitted any later than 7pm. Visitors must register upon arrival, pay applicable fees, obtain parking pass for vehicle and park as directed. Day Visitors must depart by 9pm. Access to all campground amenities is included with day visitor pass. LIMIT of 6 people TOTAL registered per site at all times, including both overnight guests and day visitors unless prior authorization granted by owners. Visitors only admitted if space exists and pre-registered.
Bikepackers Site
Bikepacking the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail or the Gravel Grinder route? We now offer an area to accommodate bikepackers only!
This is a group area with grassy, shaded space to pitch small tents. We provide a shared fire ring, chairs and picnic tables plus access to resort amenities including free hot showers and wi-fi. No motor vehicle entry permitted and available for one night stays only. Reservations only taken up to 14 days in advance and beginning May 10th for the season (May 15th – Oct 13th). All bikers must arrive during office hours.
Cabin Rentals
Deluxe Cabin Rentals (#1, #2)
One queen bedroom, one bath (sleeps 2). Fully equipped kitchen, linens and towels are provided.
Family Log Camping Cabins (211, 212)
Studio Log Camping Cabin #211 – Double and bunk bed (sleeps up to 4), private bath, partial kitchen.
One Bedroom Log Camping Cabin #212 – One bedroom (queen), bunk and futon (sleeps up to 6), private bath, partial kitchen.
Pet Friendly Rentals ($)
Two to three night minimum required for advance reservations.
